We take on product-development, mechanical design, electronics, embedded systems, robotics, prototyping, 3D printing and low-volume manufacturing work. Each enquiry is reviewed for technical feasibility and fit before we respond with a scope.

Can you help when I only have an idea or sketch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many projects begin with a written description, a hand sketch or a reference image. The discovery stage exists to convert that starting point into defined requirements and a practical development path.

Do you provide both mechanical and electronic development?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mechanical design, electronics, firmware and fabrication are coordinated by one team, which reduces the handover gaps that usually occur between separate vendors.

Can you improve an existing prototype?

Yes. We can review an existing design or prototype, identify issues and propose a revision plan. The extent of the work depends on the files, documentation and hardware you can share.

What files can I upload?

STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PDF, PNG, JPG and ZIP archives are accepted through the quote form. Unsupported or unsafe file types are not processed.

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Confidentiality can be arranged. Formal confidentiality terms require a written agreement — submitting the form alone does not create an NDA. Tick the confidentiality option in the quote form and we will discuss terms before you share detailed information.

How is a project quotation calculated?

Quotations depend on complexity, disciplines involved, materials, quantity, testing requirements, revisions and the completeness of the information supplied. We do not publish automatic prices for engineering work.

How long does prototype development take?

Timelines vary with scope. Simple printed parts can be quick; multi-discipline prototypes involving electronics and firmware take longer. Any timeline shared before a written quotation is an estimate.

Do you offer only 3D printing?

Accepted Answer

No. 3D printing is one capability within a wider engineering service. You are welcome to order printing alone, or use it as part of a full development project.

Can you manufacture multiple units?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within low-volume additive manufacturing. Once a design is validated we can produce repeat batches using controlled files and quality checkpoints.

Which materials are available?

Commonly used materials include PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and resin. Availability varies by job and is confirmed in your quotation rather than promised in advance.

Do you ship outside Bengaluru?

Dispatch outside Bengaluru can be arranged. Shipping method, cost and responsibility are stated in the quotation or project agreement.

Can I visit the facility?

No. A submission is an enquiry. Zyntrica may decline a project, and no engagement exists until a written quotation or agreement is accepted by both parties.
